Seven Day Diet with Kefir

It should be without dessert and as fat-free as possible. You can "sit" on such a diet no more than 1 time in 2 months.

Diet in Kefir "Star"

The Kefir Star dietis a little milder than the above option, but there are changes in the timing of this diet: it should be alternated with weeks of your usual diet until you achieve the desired result. That is, a week of kefir diet, a week of regular meals with some restrictions, no bread, fatty, spicy and sweet foods.

The feeding process consists of 6 meals a day at regular intervals: 8. 00, 10. 00, 12. 00, 14. 00, 16. 00 and 18. 00 - this is the last meal, afterwhich is not even recommended to drink water. The use of water, by the way, is quite limited - no more than 0, 5 liters per day, natural, boiled, unsweetened and immobile. Morning coffee lovers are allowed 1 cup of sugar-free coffee. For enthusiasts who do not want to break away from the diet and tighten it somehow, an option such as a nine-day diet on apple kefir, which provides for alternating kefir and apples for 9 days, is also possible. The first three days you should drink 1. 5-2-2 liters of kefir per day, the next three days, eat 1. 5 kg of apples per day, then again for three days kefir. Why apples, you ask? Yes, because in our middle lane with you, this particular fruit is the most popular and most affordable, regardless of the season. And so far, there is simply no replacement worthy of it. The diet is really very strict. As you use it, you may experience dizziness and weakness. If you experience these symptoms, add a little cottage cheese diet or a boiled egg to your diet, make yourself a fruit or vegetable salad. After all, mocking your body is not clearly included in your weight loss program.

And here is another version of the kefir diet, just like the previous one, built on the principle of alternation and designed for 9 days. A certain amount of food is calculated for every three days.
